Tour and Vacation Packages
For more than 50 years, AARP has
fostered opportunities for members
to enjoy travel. During 2010, members
experienced the United States and
international vistas by booking tour
and vacation packages through Grand
European Tours, Collette Vacations and
General Tours.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Cruise Line offered members a 5 percent discount on any cruise
booked at least nine months prior to
the sailing date. Several opportunities
to save 10 percent were also offered.
Destinations included Alaska, the
Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

in 2010
We welcomed a widely respected
hospitality company, one of the world’s
leading cruise lines and three specialty
travel providers to the family of AARP
service providers.
Hyatt Hotels and Resorts
Hyatt Hotels and Resorts provided
AARP members with an exclusive 10
percent savings off the daily rate at
participating locations. In addition, to
make summer travel more affordable,
Hyatt made available other discounts to
AARP members through daily discounts
or hotel credits.
Variety Cruises
Variety Cruises is the world’s largest
small-ship cruise company. Its fleet of
17 vessels includes cruise ships and
luxury yachts. AARP members saved
$75 per person on any Variety Cruise to
destinations in the Mediterranean Sea
and the Red Sea.
Blount Small Ship Adventures
Blount Small Ship Adventures made
available an onboard credit of up to
$100 per person for AARP members.
The company’s uniquely designed
small ships take travelers to locations
in North, Central and South America
where larger ships cannot go.
