Survival Instinct
Your article on Sharon Stone was so
refreshing and inspiring! Not only is
her testimony the real deal, but she
expresses herself with such humility
and unselfishness. Ms. Stone repre-
sents women like myself who know
they are maturing but are not willing
to go down without a fight. Thank you,
Sharon Stone, for showing me that 53
looks pretty damn hot and desirable.

I’ve always admired Sharon Stone for
her remarkable intelligence. Now I’m
impressed with her response to her
journey. Her path has been rocky, even
washed out at some points, but she has
persevered. She has given me inspi-
ration to expand my own reinvention.

A Word of Caution About
Renting Someone Your Car
While your advice in “Rent Out Your
Stuff ” was good, I would suggest
that you consult with an insurance
company for specifics about accident
liability before renting out a vehicle
you own. Renting out your blender
for a party may be a great idea, but it
may not be worth the risk to rent out
a vehicle, in case of an accident.

Not So Wild About Wheat
I was excited to read your article
“The Truth About Gluten,” because
this is a serious health concern for
people like me. After learning that
I had osteoporosis, I was blessed to
find a doctor who diagnosed me with
gluten intolerance. Even though I
didn’t experience the traditional
symptoms associated with this disor-
der, he suspected it might be a factor.
Determining the cause of osteoporo-
sis is crucial to quality of life, and dis-
covering a gluten intolerance could
be the key to better health for many.
